Harvest: the grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested
Vinification: the merlot ages in durmast barriques for at least 6 months, while the sangiovese in cement tanks, then the two grapes age in bottle for 5 months. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation
ABV: 14%
Tasting notes: ruby red with violet hues. Well structured, intense, warm, with smooth tannins
Pairings: grilled meats, aged cheeses, peppers cooked with tomatoes and sliced onions
