Didactic Experience

Season 2024

Our didactic Experience is a special offer for students of schools of every type and level.

This itinerary aims at educating young generations on conscious consumption, respect for the environment and for the cycles of nature.

At the discovery of life and ancient traditions in the farm, young consumers learn the identity of the winemaker and olive growers, the wine and olive oil production processes, and cultural and ecological values of agriculture and rural world.

The itinerary includes:

– Visit to the historic cellars

– Visit to the Vinsantaia

– Visit to the oil mill

– Tasting of “bruschetta”, toasted bread with Toscano extra-virgin olive oil PGI, and our natural, non-alcoholic grape juice with 100% Trebbiano Toscano and no added sugars.
