Description
Wine vinegar
This precious wine vinegar is obtained from the slow acetification of the wines of our production, with a traditional method.
The slow aging in small wooden barrels, gives the vinegar a pleasant flavor, ideal for seasoning meat and vegetables. An eventual sediment on the bottom of the bottle does not affect the quality of the product.
