Tasting notes: brilliant ruby red, lively and bright. The nose is fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry alongside floral scents of violet. In the mouth the wine is fresh, well balanced with elegant tannins and a good vibrant acidity, then it gives way to a pleasant softness and fruity aromas leading to a clean finish.
Pairings: pasta with tomatoes or meat sauces, bean and vegetable soup, grilled meat, roasted chicken and medium-aged cheeses
