Red Wine Vinegar
Wine vinegar is one of the products, like extra-virgin olive oil, that’s always near us on the table; a good friend we can’t do without.
It is a natural red vinegar born from the slow acetification of our wine. Following the traditional method, the slow aging in small oak barriques for at least a year, gives our vinegar its intense flavour.
With a pungent and sour smell, its acidic flavour makes it ideal as dressing for high-fat meals like fish and chips, where the acid cuts the fat, but also for meat and vegetables.
Any sediment on the bottom of bottle does not affect the quality of the product.
